Whatever you decide to call your higher power, (mine is God) there's a reason I sought help for my addiction. I am always going to be powerless over people, places, things, and situations. I now know that I have a place to go and I feel safe, and have a TRUE friend like Lisa Page to help me find my inner strength, and help guide me and my partner on this path of sobriety. When I can't, God can... I see my self worth everyday. With Lisa's experience, strength, and hope, my partner and I are able to share this beautiful journey of life. When there was nowhere else to turn, and I felt that mine and my partners codependent, addictive and toxic relationship was at its end.... It was really only just beginning. It's hard work! However, with these tools we are given, and Lisa's guidance and a conscious contact with a power greater than myself... "Using" doesn't have to be the answer to all my problems today.

Lisa and the L&L family welcomed me "where I was at," into a judgment-free place where I could seek treatment, be honest about my addiction, and start to get honest with myself. I came to L&L at rock-bottom, and now I'm on my way to standing on top of the world! I am so very grateful to have Lisa Page and my L&L family in my life. If you are struggling with addiction, come to L&L Recovery and let your healing begin!

Before I came to L & L recovery, I was an alcoholic with an attitude. Lisa helped me understand who I was and how to become the person I always wanted to be. My life has changed for the better because of L & L Recovery and I couldn't be more grateful. Today I live a life of giving back with love and tolerance. You get out what you put in.

I am so thankful for Lisa and L&L Recovery. My whole life has been changed because of my time with her. I first started seeing Lisa because I was living with someone who had a substance abuse issue, but I continued to see her for my own stuff that I needed to own. My fiancé recently passed away, and even though I hadn’t been seeing Lisa for a few months she was still one of the first to call and even made a point to leave her vacation early to make it back for his funeral. No matter what is going on Lisa has been there for me. Lisa is not just my therapist or counselor, she is a friend. She makes you feel like family. Without Lisa, I would not be who I am today. I am so thankful to have found someone who truly pushes me to find who I am and what I am capable of. I could not imagine going through grief counseling with anyone else. I appreciate, Lisa, that you make your job more than just a job…it is a relationship with each and every client. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you have done for Kyle and I. It will never, ever be forgotten.

As usual when I got put on probation, I was not happy to hear that I had to go to counseling. This was not the first time I was on probation nor the first time I had to do counseling, but I went in with an open mind, knowing my past decisions were not the greatest and I really needed to change my life. After the first time I met with Lisa I knew I was meant to be there and it was then when I had decided that I really had a problem with drugs and alcohol. She told me I needed a program in my life and recommended that I try to go to AA. I was a skeptic at first because I had never been to AA nor had I ever seen it work for anybody (probably because everybody I hung around didn't give it a shot), but with the same mentality as counseling, I walked in with an open mind and the willingness to change my life because I just could not go on like that anymore. She told me a few people to talk to, so I introduced myself and they now are my best friends. even though I have little amount of sobriety right now (8 months as of 4-26-14) my life has changed dramatically. I now can live happy, joyous and free life. I have people that rely on me and can trust me again, I now can feel emotions and feel joy and happiness. So much has changed in the past 8 months. I got off probation more than 3 months ago and I still go counseling 2-3 a week because Lisa has the right wisdom to teach me and knows what its like to be an alcoholic/addict. she is one of us and I highly advise that if you want to li, and not die, then you give Lisa a chance. She saved my life and she could do the same to you, all you need is the willingness to change your life.

Lisa Page is more than just a therapist and I was more than just a patient. Like so many, I ended up here because of court. I stayed long after because Lisa truly cared about me and helped me through the toughest year of my life. (so far!) She is fair, nonjudgmental but she doesn't sugar coat things. Lisa was there for my court issues, substance abuse problems, caregiver stress, death of a dear family member, death of a relationship, and she’s still just a phone call away. She genuinely cares and she has your back. Small group sessions and individual counseling helped me, thank you Lisa Page! Xoxo

A better, more caring, compassionate, knowledgeable counselor you'll never find. I never liked the idea of counselors before, because most are too academic. Based in book answers without any first hand knowledge of their subject matter. Lisa Page changed all that for me. She's been there and done that and 'gets it'. She makes you feel right at home from the get go, will beat you up and push you when you need it, then build you up and help you heal in a way only she can. She is brutally honest and totally professional. Anyone going thru a personal hell, I would strongly recommend her services. She'll never steer you wrong.
